    New I-140 in a different category.

    I already have an approved I-140 in EB2 category. Is it possible to file a new I-140 in the EB3 category without withdrawing or downgrading the existing EB2, I-140?
    My employer is saying they wont do this, Can I get it done by an external attorney?
