Hi,
My priority date is current for date of filing and i am planning to file my I-485 this month for both me and my wife. My I-485 is employment based (I-140 Approved). I understand i would need to file a corresponding I-944 for both me and my wife. There is a specific section in I-944 that asks if i have an approved I-140. My case is pretty straight forward where i select "Yes" for an answer. What would i select while preparing my wife's I-944? If i am correct, i would have to select "No" since she is not a beneficiary of my I-140. Please let me know. I am confused here because,

- All the other applications (I-765, I-131) for my wife are filed based on my I-140. So should i assume i should go ahead and mention "Yes"?
- There is a different set of documents that i need to submit based on the answer "Yes" (just the I-140 approval notice), "No" (Educational background)
