    Filing 485. Making sure I answer everything truthfully.
    answer to Part 8 q25 if you were ever arrested is obviously YES. What about Q26- Have you ever committed a crime even if you were not arrested? What shud I answer to that?
    I pled guilty and took deferred adjudication and then case was dismissed after a year. I haven’t had any other issues with law ever. Been in US for 20 years.
    I assume I will need to answer yes to Q27-29 as well?
    I do have all certified court copies and judges final dismissal letter.

      I guess yes for q25 is an automatic yes for q26. Q26 is there in case you answer no to q25.

        thank you. it just felt like by saying yes to Q26 ur saying yes i did more crimes which isnt the case
