Query in I-944 form for Spouse for I485 Employment Based Application

I am filling up I-485 form for Employment based application. My query is
1) Do we need to update 1-944 for both self and Spouse separately?
2) If we need to do it for Spouse separately, how to fill Part 4 Item 1 question on I-140 receipt number? Can I give principal applicant I-140 receipt number or need to choose "No" and fill educational and occupational skills?

You need a I944 each for both you and your spouse

Yes. You put no and fill the education info and provide the evidence for those as well.
