All October 2020 I1485 filers may join here so that we are updated on the progress USCIS is making on our cases. There will be so many steps involved and keeping each other updated on the progress will keep up informed on what may be going in with USCIS.

With the dates moving so much ahead in the Visa Bulletin for October 2020 for EB1 and EB3 for India and China, there may be a lot of forward movement but we never know on what USCIS may be upto.

Applied for ReEntry Permit I-131, sent to Dallas, TX.
Mailed via USPS, Did not file G-1145. E-Notification, mistake I made.., I guess they will mail me with receipt number and biometric info once accepted..
Once I get the case number I can register for mobile and email notifications somewhere online..
Hopefully I'll hear from USCIS by end of next week..

Couple of questions:

1. For self and family member, how many case numbers are we expecting? For example, self, wife and a kid - all filing Adjustment of Status, does that mean three different Receipt numbers for all three?

2. Did you submit medical examination reports as well?

Depends on how many forms you filed for each of your family members:
1 receipt for each I-485
1 receipt for each I-131
1 receipt for each I-765
So 3 receipts for yourself.
If you filed EAD & AP for your spouse, then 3 receipts for your spouse. If you filed only AP for your spouse, then 2 receipts, if you filed only I485 then one receipt.
Same for your kids - if you filed AP for your kids ... then 2 for each of your kids otherwise 1 receipt (i485) only.

2. Did you submit medical examination reports as well?

Yes, I did. But that is optional, you can submit that later before interview or if you get RFE for that.
