Today just logged into Myaccount portal and seeing this *****al status- approved for both primary and dependent

wishing all pending cases to be approved before 30th Sept

After me and my family completed the biometrics, the status update online to not fingerprints were recorded for me and my wife. The status hasn't been updated for my son. Should I check with USCIS or is it common that the status is not updated for certain cases?

It was the same case with us. My son's status was not updated to show biometrics. While both me and my spouse received our combo cards, there was no update on my son. Lawyer suggested to raise an online query for out of processing time, but we keep on getting an error message. So just hoping that the application for GC is under process.

Yes. My attorney opened up a case that my dependent did not receive biometric yet. I got a letter from USCIS acknowledging the case and it says biometric will be scheduled within 90 days. next day I received biometric notice for the dependent.

Thank you, my attorney says to wait till USCIS reach out. Not sure how to take it forward.

Hi The same happened with my daughter , but we got the GC without issue . I think they do not update for kids less than a certain age not sure may be 12 . So don't worry

Yes, my AOS got approved today. One day before the end of the FY 2021.

Congratulations. Did you downgrade from EB2 to EB3? If yes, when was the I140 for the downgrade approved?

Lawyer has received Form I 693 Medical Examination Reminder to send the USCIS Medical Exam for I 485 Adjustment of Status. Anyone in a similar situation for EB2 downgrade has received a similar reminder letter from USCIS? Should the USCIS medical exam be done at this time or later when the RFE will come as the I 140 for downgrade has not yet been processed? Anyone in a similar situation willing to provide a response?

It sounds really good when USCIS is proactively looking for the Downgrade petitioners to file Medicals even when the I140 is not approved. That means they are on to I-140 approval as well.

After this, there has been no movement. Recently I got RFE to submit medicals and it says ' SUBMIT ASAP TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE VISA ALLOCATION FOR THIS FISCAL YEAR WHICH ENDS ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2021'

How long did you wait before raising L2 callback (I still dont know how to schedule one). Mine is stuck in fingerprints stage for ages. Sent I-693 on Aug-12. I chatted with Emma and the reply I got was 'The RFE is not processed as sent and I should not respond to RFE without getting one'.

It is strange and I raised a SR today.

May 2021, Spouses EAD/I131 approved.
Sep 20,2021, Received a call from attorney asking us to submit medicals at Boston, MA field office as per the instructions received from USCIS
Sep 28,2021, Medicals submitted.
Sep 29,2021, New card being produced
Sep 30,2021, I485 approved for both.

Timelines (Priority Date - Aug 2013, Filing Date - Oct 30, 2020, Acknowledgement - Jan 21, 2021 and Biometrics - April 16, 2021). Since then no update on I 140 downgrade and I765/I131.
