Awesome. That's a good news, and one step forward. Anyone else got any update on the EAD?

My status still says "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken" since December 9, 2020.

Is the EAD issuing dependant on the ASC? I saw an earlier postthat some ASCs are slow.

Did anyone receive i-485 interview notices yet? Also, my medical was not submitted with i-485, does this mean i will get an inquiry before interview notice?

Receipts have not been generated for my application nor have the checks been cashed. Getting worried now. Anyone else in the same boat?

I got two receipt notices for same application. Upon checking with my attorneys they said, the application was had an address which was modified after the initial submission. I'm worried now as I have not received biometrics appointment letter yet.

Usually, the checks being cashed is the first and foremost evidence that they have started working on your case.

So if the online status says - "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" does it means they have cashed the check? or started working?
Mine says "On December 2, 2020, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485...." But I have not anything since then. How long does it take to get biometric appt. letter?

If you're able to check the status then obviously you have receipt numbers and they have started working. This status means they have accepted your application.

The next step is to receive the Biometrics appt letter which is usually 30 days from the receipt notice but its very unpredictable and USCIS is experiencing long delays.

My AOS EB3 for PD Aug 1 2014 was delivered to Lewisville TX on 30th Oct but haven't received any acknowledgement or receipt yet - its 25th Jan now :-(

Anyone have any idea if these are delayed this much?

85 days completed (Oct 29th 2020), but not received receipts for I-485.
Cheques also not en-cashed yet.
Will they be processed or not?
