Till now no update on EAD.
it’s been 78 days now. Any thing I need to do. Pls suggest
I am also on a similar boat. Finger printing was early December but there is no update on the EAD/AP. I am still waiting for an update from USCIS. I believe it’s LIFO for USCIS.

the only thing we can do is wait for the processing times to be current. Do you know which field office? I am waiting for the i131 processing times to be current since it’s moving faster and plan to submit a SR once it does. I assume that would help both EAP/AP get some attention since it’s a combo card.

I tried this before COVID for something else and I wasn’t entertained. Considering COVID and other restrictions, I don’t think the ASC would entertain. But yeah if u think u can, then it’s worth the risk.

        received notices in Nov 2020.
But no Biometrics appointment notice received.
USPS did not deliver one letter in Dec 2020 that i found out through my "Informed Delivery Email list" of USPS.
I wonder if that was my Biometrics appt notice.
The case status only shows "fingerprint fee received".
Heard from another person who filed that his status also shows the same but he received the Biometrics email.
Is this the case for you guys too?
What do I do to find out if a Biometrics application was mailed to me?
I believe your lawyer would received a letter as well (mine did). Usually they do get all the letters that we get directly as well. I would check with the lawyer to confirm.

I might because when I called, they said it could take 4 - 6 weeks to get another date in the mail, which might be 2-4 week out, that's like two/three months on my timeline. Why did it snow!!!!

It obviously depends on the people at the center. I have read that some people tried and it worked. You need to weigh the pros and cons especially since its a long drive for you.

You can call USCIS or online EMMA chat to find out if your biometrics notice was sent out.

That is definitely a unique case because I-765 and I-131 are approved on the same day. If you receive EAD without AP written on it then you can contact USCIS for what you can do.

No Biometrics notice yet. I live in WA. Did any one receive biometrics with this date.
                    Thanks
I am in the same boat. Received my receipts for AOS in early Jan (application date 10/26/2020). I am still waiting for the biometric letter. Till yesterday Emma said no schedule.

Great. Not sure why but only marriage based cases are changing to ready to schedule interview.

I may sound too optimistic but checking different forums i came across a green card approved without interview for an August 2020 filer. It seems USCIS may waive interviews for employment based cases due to high volumes.
