Since your PD is in 2014 and right now 2010 July is the date for Eb3, so i really dont know if GC will be processed that soon. Sorry for taking hopes down. but do keep us posted.

That’s the reason I was confused too as to why they would waive my interview off.
Should be getting my I-693 form next week.

Is anybody aware of any EB1C filed in Oct 2020 getting beyond the biometric stage. Looks like USCIS is still trying to catch up with the surge in Oct 2020

At what stage in i-485 is it NOT recommended to change address.

I’ve filed AOS in October and still waiting for biometric appointment, planning to move to diff state in May.

Wanted to hear from others on this topics as well.

ASC appointment notice received by mail 2/17/2021, Appointment date 3/5/2021

It's always best to maintain the non immigrant status until we get GC because if there is any issue in the I485 approval (after you get EAD) you may lose status and need to leave the country within 30 days etc. I know there are appeal processes but it's just good to have a peace of mind that we can live in the country without issues.

Try calling USCIS at 1 800 375 5283. When IVR starts, keep patience & insist on talking to agent. They did answer my call last time.

However, I have not received biometric appointment notice yet. The last update was on November 30, 2020 when my I485 reflected "finger print fee received". Yes same boat, my application was received on Oct 29 and fingerprint fee date is Dec15. So guess you’re in a better shape. I’m expecting movement in next 30days.

This is normal. filed on Oct 1st. Got Biometrics last week. So just wait.

Another way you can check is by connecting to live agent on emma on uscis.gov. I did that yesterday and No Biometric appointment has been issued yet, that means atleast for next 10 days i am not going to receive any communication. you can try that too and post your reply.

Yes...a live agent on Emma is really helpful...atleast that has been my experience

Type live agent and after that choose green card as an option. It definitely works so may be you tried at a time when the waiting was too long. Keep trying and it will work.
