I am also in the similar situation. PD is Oct 2018, i485, i765 and i131 were filed on Oct 18, 2020. Biometrics completion on 23 March 2021. No update afterwards.

Similar situation, PD Feb 2019. I485,765,131 filed Oct 29 2020. Bio on March 5th. No update since.

Just got my case approved and I got my USPS tracking number today! Should be here in a few days.

EB3 and no interview!

Here's my rough timeline:

19 Oct 2020: I-485 delivered to USCIS
Nov 2020: Receipt notice
02 Feb 2021: Biometrics appointment notice
19 Feb 2021: Biometrics done
06 Mar 2021: EAD card
08 Mar 2021: RFIE received asking for medical
19 Mar 2021: Mailed RFIE medical response (Deadline was mid-may but I did it as fast as I could)
30 Apr 2021: Case approved!
03 May 2021: Card mailed and picked up by USPS
*now* : Anxiously waiting by the mailbox and checking USPS tracking

I currently have I-140 approved in EB2 category. In October 2020, my priority current date was eligible to file for Adjustment of Status I-485 under EB3 category. So we filed for I-485 with downgrade of I-140 on October 30th. The application was returned by USCIS (without even getting a receipt number generated) in February for reasons not known to us.

Our attorney re-filed within a week in February 2021 (received by USCIS on March 03,2021) the same application bundle. This week we received the receipt number for I-140 downgrade application followed by a rejection notice for I-485. From what I understand - this happened because my priority date was not eligible for filing anymore in March 2021. USCIS did not recognize the fact I had orginally filed this in October 2020 when I was eligible to file and the re-filing should have been considered for that date as it was rejected in error the first time.

What are my options at this point of time?

Update: Received receipt notice for I485J (bonafide job offer) on 5/7. Receipt date is 4/30. This has different new receipt number than I485, I131 or I765. Not sure whats purpose of this. We had filed I485J along with I485 package back in Oct 2020. Do share any insights you may have regarding this.

To the people who have submitted medicals. How long does it take from the time of the appointment to get the papers from the doctor. Is it same day or later.

Based on experience, took 3 days from the appt date. The medical involves tests, and it took two days to get the lab results. Vaccinations can all be done on the same day (if any are needed). I saw somewhere that we need to wait 4 weeks from the Covid vaccination date to take the TB test.

I got the I 485J notice even though we filed the same in october . I am told by my attorney its a receipt notice, if there is no change in job .. no action required . i would recommend talking to your attorney and decide .
