I was asking a question, not sharing any information.

What is the sense of issuing 2 year EAD, when most of the applicants filed 485 in Oct 20, gonna get their GC within a year?

I think they are trying to reduce the number of applications .

its been so long to hear any positive news in this forum from our friends on whethe they received RFE for medical or GC directly. I also heard that USCIS is still operating at 60% and will increase most likely as they enter into Q4 of their fiscal year

I guess it does not matter if one gets EAD or not, in this blog I followed at least 2 people who got EAD and also GC.

Further update - got our REF for medicals today. Online status is still the same "fingerprints applied...".

EB1C, PD 02/19, AOS submission - 10/29/2020, Bio - 03/05/21. No EAD or AP progress.

thats strange, i was thinking that status will be updated as well for that and infact before you receive the mail in person.

Same here. EB1B PD 10/19, AOS submission 10/7/20, Biometrics 3/31/21, No progress on EAD/AP but received RFE for medicals, 6/04/21. But no change to online status after fingerprints applied.

So i heard about this recently and thought I would share to this group. The lawyers make very good points regarding the visa numbers situation, which will be lost if our gc's are not processed by September (which is looking more and more likely). By signing as a plaintiff it ensures that your case will be processed before the rest (if they win) per the decision by the judge. Only valid for the Oct, Nov, Dec filers. Theres a fee, though i think i'm going to join, which would help all if they win.

Timeline so far for my EB3 with priority date SEP 2014 -
OCT 21, 2020 - Filing date for I-485 and related forms
NOV-DEC, 2020 - Receipt notices received
FEB 26, 2021 - RFE for medical
MAR 12, 2021 - Response for RFE received by USCIS
MAY 22, 2021 - Biometrics appt notice received for June 11, ‘21, in Seattle ASC

Biometrics submitted yesterday, June 11, in Seattle, WA (Tukwila)
Hope to receive my EAD soon.

Hi Guys. Anyone knows what is the delivery time to get the green card in the mail box. Which service provider is used by USCIS - USPS or UPS? Do they drop it in the mail box or do they hand over personally and someone has to be home to sign on receipt?

Does anyone know the difference between medical RFE from NBC Vs Field Office?

Mine came from a local field office.

I also would like to know the difference.
I got a RFE for Medical form on 6/2 and will send it next next week to Portland Maine Office.
This office is known to process the application faster.
I hope it will be like this. I was happy to get the RFE from the local office but wanted to know the difference from getting it from NBC as well.

Card being produced ; June 9th 2021

Green Card mailed with usps : June 11th 2021

N.B : -never received EAD.
