06/28/2021 (Surprisingly) Received my SSN card before the EAD, also received NOA with the approval of my I-765 noting that it's valid for 2 years

Question for everyone who received RFE from the field office. Do you also know the date when the case was transferred to the field office just to see how long the field office took to send the RFE.

In my address change calls I happened to find out that my case was transferred to Raleigh field office on 5/26, 5 months after biometrics. Not sure why it took so long but if anyone else knows when the case was transferred it would be good to know how long after that they received the medical RFE.

I know nothing really gives a definitive indication but its just good to have something rather then thinking its an endless wait.

Frustration continues... 8 months passed since I-485/765 applications....stuck after fingerprinting.....No EAD ....no GC...!

little positive news.. just got to know my case got transferred to FO yesterday.. dont know why Fresno field office when it should be SFO but the rep guessed may be they are helping out SFO FO. if anyone in this group has FO as SFO, then do check with emma where is their case and get more info. hope they work at 100% capacity in last quarter of this fiscal year.

I have been tracking this forum for long time waiting for good news like most of the people on this platform.
Finally my EAD approved yesterday for me and my wife.

How do you know that the case was transferred to the field office? Can you please provide details on that if you got this information from EMMA? Thanks

I just came across - "Within category spillovers cannot be awarded to oversubscribed nations until the fourth quarter of the year however this does not rule out the possibility of spill overs from previous year FB being available "

so possibly previous year FB numbers came to EB category and now the fourth quarter is starting tomorrow things may move for EB 1,2,and 3 from India china and all oversubscribed nations

It sounds more like spillover from EB1 to EB2 and so on. But with USCIS, anything is possible

Could be, I took it as what is favorable to us ;-)

Total number of EB visa available 262K . so imposing country cap India gets 18340 against regular 9800 ( i think it is 7 %) until july 1st .what if other country numbers got high and if they have already allocated the spillover visa from FB category to oversubscribed countries . if it happened in fourth quarter they will allocate visa from next fiscal.
