Hi All,
I am following the updates from each one of you. It's a long wait and it is still driving crazy and testing patience, I could see in another forums many who applied later and with priority date later my date got I-485 approved without interview and no wait on I-765 and I-131.
Would like to know what is the basis USCIS follow to approve the cases. Anyone around my dates got I-485 approved. Please advise.- EB1C - Multinational Manager (L1A) - INDIA

- I140 approved 23rd January 2020

- Receipt notice 11th December 2020
- Fingerprints taken 08th April 2021
- I 485 J receipt Notice 11th May 2021

If there is any trend in the processing pattern right now I think it is related to what field office is assigned to you as everyone is getting RFE from field offices. If they are processing cases strictly in the order received, it matters how busy the field office really is. My biometrics happened on Jan 7th. No update on I485 since. Got EAD immediately after bio.

Looking at the case of albatross above who filed his case earlier than you, you should either receive your medical RFE soon or if you had already submitted your medical, they should directly issue your GC. Do note that even while your priority date might be earlier, USCIS processes the 485 cases in the order they received it and there was an extremely high volume of applications received by them in the last few days of October so even while someone filed on the same date might have got their case approved already, others who submitted the same day might be delayed by days or weeks purely due to the volume received on that day.
