I got the RFE on June 17th telling me to return the Form I-693 to NBC address, so they could make their final decision. I sent back on June 30th, and they acknowledged on July 1st. I couldn't sleep since then. LOL

I am sure online status change is the only way where it changes to response to RFE received or something.

Did any one get the medical RFE which asked them to submit the medical at the scheduled interview but no interview scheduled

In my RFE they clearly asked me to send it to FO address . If there is no address I would not send it and wait for interview to be scheduled .

Follow the language. If it asks you to send then send, otherwise not.

Is your petition marriage based? For the employment based cases there seems to no interviews.

Hi all, I received RFE for I485J form submission from FO. But online it didn't show anywhere that RFE was sent. Within 2 weeks lawyers submitted I485J. Its been three weeks since the response was sent through mail to FO. How can I find if RFE is received by FO or not? Spoke with Emma and she mentioned to wait for 60 days.

I received medial RFE my online status says "Finger prints were taken " still . So all are not fortunate enough to have online status changes. was that 60 days wait instruction came from a live agent ?

My case is same even after responded to RFE. It’s almost a month my FO received my response to RFE. But the case status online is still in Finger prints taken. By the by anyone here has sent the RFE to Sanjose FO ?

I have a question for those who have completed their medical RFEs - did the sealed envelope from the doctor have your name on it? If not are we supposed to write our name on the envelope with A#?

I just got a sealed envelope with "do not open only for uscis" written on it. Thanks

I just wrote names on it(not the alien numbers) to make it easier for them to know which one belongs to whom.
and then I put my wife and mine in another envelope together along with a cover letter and sent it to designated office.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this community. I have a question -

While my I-485 and I-765 status' read that fingerprints have been applied to my case, my main application number (SRC<blank>) reads that my case was sent to Dept. of State for visa processing on 11/19/2020. Could I expect some guidance on what to expect?

Here are my particulars:
EB1C / India / Priority Date 8/20/2019 / I-140 approved on 10/28/2020 / I-485, I-765, I-131 submitted 10/29/2020, Fingerprint done 5/20/21.

Help and guidance would be greatly appreciated since I am trying to make a trip to India for family reasons, but can't afford the 14-day travel reservation currently in place.

@AR_EB1C Best is to check with your company's attorney on this. Travelling outside US is very tricky subject in these crazy times and especially when your I-485 is in Pending state. there would be many things that will contribute to this like -

1. Your visa type
2. If your stamping date has expired
3. State of your I485 application
4. I485J status
