10/26/2020 I485, I131, I765 Package delivered to TX Lock box in Dallas.
12/21/2020 Application returned due to missing information.
12/31/2020 Application resubmitted and received
02/22/2021 Finger print fee received and Receipt notices received in mail
4/19/2021 Biometrics appointment
4/22/2021 Case shown fingerprints taken
8/10/2021 I485J receipt notice

I'm in a similar timeline, last noticed was the I-485j from what I gather based on 20+ timelines shared, after the I-485j noticed is between 3 to 8 weeks to get the GC, I really hoping you and I are not the exception. I got my I48j notice 8/12

Is your case EB or FB (married to USC)?
If you didn't include form I-693 and EB the RFE could be for medical.
If your case is FB, you need an interview and usually, they don't send RFE for that but courtesy letters (bring sealed medical to your interview).

The last visa bulletin came out yesterday. Again some movement but the next visa bulleting will tell the story of what's gonna happen.

Not hearing of too many approvals recently. Gone quite on that front ?

I have not received an approval yet. I am following another group on track itt forums that is for members who sent RFE response to Raleigh FO and that FO is very very weird, approving some cases within a week and some waiting for more than 3 weeks now including me.

Something new I noticed just today, this FO has been giving very different timelines for responding back to the RFE. I got 3 months but some other only got 30-45 days and it seems their responses are being processed faster. Not sure if others have noticed this and what kind of timeline did the FO give to respond back to the RFE

Whenever I get the next update I will definitely post here

Yes, you can inquiry for outside processing time. You can try to expedite if you have a job offer and a severe financial loss. Good luck.

Is your receipt date is before Nov 23,.2020 as well? Then you can create a service request asking them to take action on it. Otherwise some agents are saying receipt date has to be on or before the processing date listed in USCIS. They just find some reason to push back some times....

I understand your pain Bro... mine is Pittsburgh PA field office and I haven't heard back on my RFE since more than a week now.
