No receipt notices yet !! Its been 70 days. USCIS call center representative says contact lockbox email address to get the number and had no luck in even getting the receipt numbers.

Any suggestions ?

Was the check amount deducted from your bank? if yes, then you can chat with EMMA-live agent to get the receipt numbers.

No change in the status online yet. Anyways, I think it is expected only in a couple of days.

It took and 30 mins total. 10 mins in a queue outside where they check ID and appointment time because they only allow entry up to 15 mins early. Then we only took 5 mins inside in another queue to get token number and we were after 3 tokens so we were with the person who did the biometrics in 5 mins.
Around 10 mins with the officer to take photograph, all 10 finger prints and signatures.

Very straight forward and obviously no questions at all. They stamp the receipt notice so you have proof that you attended the appointment.

The check has not been enchased yet. Should we be worried, because it has been 70 days almost. How do we get the receipt with EMMA because she doesn't give any options. It just says wait for receipt notice to arrive in mail.

Another update that the case status online updated to show fingerprints taken.

Interestingly, I had created a login on egov.uscis.gov and selected the options to notify myself on email and text for updates and it worked. I got emails and texts for the case updates.

I believe it must be "Real ID" DL, correct?
They say only Real IDs can grant you access to Federal buildings.

Yes it's real ID. It was issued in late 2019

We 4 in family (me, spouse and 2 children) filed I-485 on Oct-25. Me and my spouse received the receipts on Nov-29.
Still didn't receive receipts for my children's yet.
Anyone having similar experience?

No, the status only changes after Biometrics are taken. The only thing you can do is check your mail or call / chat with USCIS support to check if Biometrics notice has been generated.

For EMMA chat, type live agent first. And then green cards. After that it should be straight forward. I think this option doesn't work when wait times are too long so try at different times and it will work.

Fo calling them you can call on the number given on the receipt notice. I don't have it handy right now. When the call connects say talk to a representative and again it should work.

On the track itt forums I read some people had their status change to EAD card being produced one day after the biometrics appointment. And 1 or 2 cases EAD approved even before biometrics. Anyone here in October filers who got EAD approved already.
