Here is the timeline for my GC application :-

Category - EB1C(India)
Priority Date - 04/24/2019(current now)
I-140 approved - 05/19/2020
filed I-485, I-765 and I-131 on - 10/26/2020
received at USCIS - 10/29/2020
received receipt notices - 01/16/2021
received biometric appointment notices - 02/12/2021
biometric appointment scheduled - 03/01/2021

Any idea how much time it will take to get the EAD and AP after the biometric is done?

What is your ASC and biometric location? My dates are similar to yours, but still waiting for biometric appointment. Mine is processed from NBC.

I gotta say, i thought maybe i had bad luck with how long it took to get my receipts (a month...) but seeing how many people are just receiving their receipts makes me feel very fortunate.

My timeline so far:
10/05/2020 PD
11/08/2020 received txt message receipts
11/13/2020 received receipts in mail
01/29/2021 received biometrics app in mail for mid February

Idk if it made any difference but the from mid december i started going on chat with uscis once a week and asking to speak to a person, i would give my receipt numbers and ask if my biometrics was scheduled, they would always say no and give me a generic response about covid closings.

Your questions seem complicated and may require attorney help but here's what I think. USCIS may have sent you biometrics notice but the next steps may be delayed because they may not start the background check that begins after biometrics.
Also, work authorization comes if you apply for it using form I765. If you haven't filed that form yet, you need to. You can get work authorization right away (giving it a few months to process). Don't know if not filing I944 impacts that. But you can call USCIS and check if I765 form can be processed without the I944.

If somebody dont need work authorization just want to be permanent residence even it not submission of I-765 will impact on my conditional green card process or timeline?

Once you get your Green Card you can work anywhere. Work authorization is only required during the time you wait for the green card which can be anywhere from 6 months - 2 years.

Anywhere from 4 months to one and a half year. Its obviously a guess. You can research on google. Green card processing can take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years from the time of filing.

conditional green card?? but online i read that conditional green card takes 9-12 months. my case submitted in October. Biometerics done.

Yes, most cases should be processed within 12 months and as early as 6 months is also possible. But the current workload with USCIS is many times more than usual due to the pandemic and rapid movement of priority dates in October. Some people had to wait for more than 2 months just to get receipt notices. In fact some people who filed in October got receipt notices after November filers which makes no sense at all.

USCIS is totally unpredictable so anything can happen.

Biometrics complete today, pretty straightforward, my appointment was for 8AM in long island, i was surprised to see about 20 people with an 8AM appointment, had to be about 20 to 25 people, i was shocked that people still try to cut in to lines even in immigration lines lol

Anyways, appointment was quick, even tho i was second in line the girl in front of me didn't fill out the AIW so she was told to fill it up and i got to go first, the took my picture and fingerprints, then she gave me all my papers back and said have a good day, I asked if that's it and i can go home and she said yes, i thought it would be a longer appointment but i was wrong, all and all I walked in to the building at exactly 8:00AM and walked out at 8:06AM, 6 minutes for it all.

Hope you are all getting your appointments i'll be checking my account the next few days hopefully they will move forward with all of this

Service center: NBC, ASC:Oakland, CA... I think appointment queue is managed by NBC and appointment forwarded to ASC.
