October 2020 I1485 filers may join

have you guys looked at latest processing times for i485, it has further increased. its now 12.5 months to 51.5months for employment based i-485.
Does anyone know, for employment based i-485, which month applicants has currently received interview calls for i-485?

our situation is slightly different: We have applied our I-485 on October 26th and completed biometrics on 3/18. However, we have applied for AP/EAD in February and received receipt notices for that too. Do we have to go for biometrics again or will they reuse our 485 biometrics? Also our AP/EAD receipt numbers start with IOE, what does that mean?

just after writing the above message, i went and chatted with emma online and they told me that my biometric has been scheduled in mid of april at Oakland ASC.

I would highly encourage everyone - who are waiting eagerly for their biometric, check with EMMA.

Do you see any change in your case status for i485/i765/i131 on USCIS portal?

Many of them seem to be family based or marriage based. Employment based is seemingly the least priority.

I am September 10 2020 filer employment based and my green card got approved last night. Pd Nov 2019. No interview!

yinander A friend just referred me to the Senator. They called me and asked me to fill up form seeking assistance fron their office. But really without this USCIS has expedite process if you qualify under certain conditions. You may call them and inquire about it. They will ask you to submit documentation to prove the urgency to expedite your papers.

I'm EB based. As of today I received an update that my Interview was scheduled already. I am just waiting for notice in the mail maybe in the next 2 weeks. I also followed up with Emma regarding the interview last week. The rep is nice enough to accomodate my follow up. He gave me a reference number for my inquiry and said USCIS will respond within 5 days. After 5 days, which is yesterday they gave me a reply explaining the process and status of my paper. I got bummed out because the response was so plain as if saying just wait there. ☹ But then today I got an update that my interview was scheduled. I would rather have them interview me already so it is done and over with than wait in vain.

Time is also valuable to us. Hope you guys get what you are waiting for too. Keep praying!

No update on EAD/AP. It appears that the interview got waived and I am not going crazy in here and that this is for real... Keeping my fingers crossed, until I see the card..

This group has been helpful keeping myself sane although I used to freak out at times for not receiving the EAD/AP; but I guess its just time and patience.

I-485 filed on Oct 21st,
RFE for medical received on Feb 26,
acknowledgement to my I-693 response received on March 12.
No biometrics yet (EB3)
