i'm slightly confused since my biometrics were done on april 6th and i only see "fingerprint fee received as of feb 1st", with no change in status since then.
yes, the info is just from the egov Uscis site. My lawyer handled everything so I dont get notifications or anything from Uscis. idk what is the norm but I think I got really lucky. I hope you get your EAD card soon! please keep us updated!

    • Wanted to share my timeline with the group and also check on further expectations.

      Eb3 (ported from Eb2) PD Nov 2014.
Filed I485, EAD, AP: Oct 29
      Receipt date: Jan 31st
Nebraska Service center (filed from San Jose, CA)
No notices till now. Checked with Uscis Emma live agent today and found biometric was reused. Not sure from where they got it.
Receipt date doesn't seem "outside normal processing time" for NSC, so can't request any more details.

Is anybody in similar situation and received EAD+AP card already?

I think in general we should all expect GCs by Sept 2021 or USCIS will not be able to utilize the additional green card they have for this financial year which was the basis for rapid movement in priority dates. I think interview waiver has become a very common thing for employment based cases this year.
there have been at least 10-12 green cards approved for October 2020 filers either they sent medicals which definitely helps or they got RFE for it. But all of those had biometrics done in Dec or Jan so I'm sure there's a pattern that it takes a few months after biometrics for USCIS to proceed further.
My biometrics were done on Jan 7 but nothing after that so far. I didn't send medicals so I'm hoping for the RFE now. Getting the RFE almost certainly means that interview is waived.

Having said all of that, USCIS is so unpredictable that your green card may be approved next month since you have already sent medicals and there would be no logic behind his they prioritized it.

Go to https://www.uscis.gov/ see at top corner, For EMMA chat, type live agent first. And then green cards. window pops up. It is straight forward. tell your issue. I think this option doesn't work when wait times are too long so try at different times and it will work.

Same situation with PD Dec 2013 @ TSC.
Rest all same from Dates to Biometric reuse.
Did file a outside normal processing time as TSC is currently processing Nov 01, 2020
                        Still waiting.

                        • Similar to what others have already described, few tips on EMMA live agent chat from my experience:
                          - Provide A# instead of Receipt# along with Receipt Date, since that may help them pull up all your details & provide better update (not only form specific update)
                          - Be very specific on Q (eg. wish to check update on biometric or further notices)
                          - Try early in the morning (within their office hours), queue is relatively shorter

I am similar timing to you. I think they are mostly waiving the interviews for employment visas. You'd be unlucky to get an interview. I expect we will both get green cards by late summer, possibly earlier. I'm waiting on seeing people who filed ahead of us receive RFEs for medical. Once they do, the timings indicate around 2 months from RFE response to GC being produced.

We have many cases where people got EAD (including me) and it seems the major trend was that either you got it approved within a few days of biometrics or very delayed. Some got EAD without biometrics. And 1 case of green card approved without EAD approval. So essentially no trend at all but may people got EAD. the information I am giving is a combination of Immi forum and track it forums.
There may be few cases. My post is based on info from a major immigration attorney in US who handled about 700 i485 filings during this period. Most of the variations seem to be based on availability of biometrics appointment in ASCs, and order of priority in how they process application before and after biometrics.
