Those who have received the green card:

1. How much did it take for you to receive the GC after status changed to "Card being processed"? what were the status changes after this?
2. Do you have dependents who are expecting to get a green card? What was their status when your status changed to "Card being processed"? Did they receive the card at the same time as you did?

How long does it take to mail it out?

Hi Everyone,

End of this week will complete 60 days since USCIS had received medical RFE response from my end. Is there any SLA under which USCIS has to respond to RFE submissions?

There has been no progress since on my case status. It simply says "RFE received, USCIS working on the case".

Thoughts?

Note: I received my EAD back in Jan 2021 and Medical RFE was issued in May.

I believe RFE is from NBC. Asking me to submit the medical RFE to NBC, KS 66225

Did anyone face the issue where the case was sent to a field office which is not the closest one? My FO is Washington DC and case sent to Raleigh. Not sure if that would cause a delay

This is probably the best day so far in my 9 years in the US.
The USPS informed delivery email shows 2 mails from USCIS

me too ..case sent to SJ while nearest office SFO..
