Friends - got the update that my i485 status changed to "New Card is Being Produced" today. Same update for all family members. This forum was incredibly helpful in keeping my sanity and patience right through the entire process. I will further update when I get the physical card.

Have you seen any progress recently in your case. I did bio in January and radio silence since then.

Hi, I have a question and would love the group’s thoughts on it - My lawyers sent me a copy of my Medical RFE they received but have been asked to wait for the originals to arrive in the mail. I noticed that the RFE is dated June 25th but I haven’t received the original yet. I am ready with my forms to be sent, only waiting for the original notice.

Has anyone been in the same situation? Is it advisable to respond to the RFE with a copy of the notice my lawyers received vs. waiting for the original notice to come in?

Would appreciate any advise, thanks!

Raise a request with Tier 2 officer and they should be able to share the same over email. Worst case IMHO you can use the copy which your lawyer shared with you. (I'm not a lawyer, please consult lawyer if you have doubts)

We received RFE for medical (principal and 2 dependents), lawyer's office only received for the 2 dependents. They sent the documents with the original we received and they requested a copy for their records. USCIS received the RFE response before the lawyer's received their copy.

In other words, as long as you attach the RFE letter (lawyer's copy or your copy) you should be fine.

anyone with 2014 PD got the EAD? Mine is March 2014 eb3 and filed in October as Date of filing was 2015 at that time. Date of filing had gone back to Feb 2014 in December.

Competed my finger print appointment in March 2021. After that no update.

Anyone in same boat?

Same here... The EAD status has changed to Card is being produced. No change in I-131 though. Hopefully will receive both EAD/AP together.

For everyone in the group, live agent USCIS again told me that my case is at Raleigh field office. Its frustrating that their answer changes every week

Finally after a long wait online status changed to RFE sent!!! Will update which FO it came from once I receive it. Hoping its just medical and nothing else from the application!

Same here... The EAD status has changed to Card is being produced. No change in I-131 though. Hopefully will receive both EAD/AP together.

Hi, USCIS case status of I 131 and I 765 will change to "Case Was Approved" the next day.
