  • Hi,

    I485, I765, I131 Notice date was 11/05/2020.

I have not yet received any communication from my Nebraska USCIS center.

Any one else facing the same issue?

I have submitted the request for case enquiry and still waiting for a reply from them.

My category was AOS submitted along with EB3 downgrade for OCT 2020 Visa bulletin.

When you downgraded to EB3, I believe you must have submitted a new I-140 as well. Is that approved? If not, I believe your 485 won't be taken up for processing until after your I-140 is approved. Also, not sure when your priority date is, but your case would be picked up for processing based on whether there are others in the queue in the same category with an earlier priority date.

Yes. a New I140 was submitted. That's still in processing. My Priority date is June 2014.

I am at least expecting a finger print appointment letter which I have not yet received.

I don't believe there would be any movement until your I-140 is approved.

          • The PD for I-765 is Nov 4,2020 for NBC. Do we assume that our case is out of normal processing times if we still havent recd I-765.

Yes, if your RD date was before that date. But if your I-140 is yet to be approved, your I765 is unlikely to be approved before your I140.

Waiting for EAD for dependent Child.

                Question -
What all is done in Medical checkup by USCIS physician and how do we navigate around the vaccination requirements as no records from childhood are available.
Does a medical RFE indicate that the interview was waived off?

                - Which FO? mine is with Nebraska but no response after biometric..

mine is Family Based. I did file for it, but they said the case is under normal processing times. I also have submitted an expedite request last week. Do you think I should wait for it to be processed or call USCIS again for the same?

                  • Hi all, it's been almost 57 days since I submitted my RFE response for I-485. There was no update on the tracker on sending the RFE and on receiving the response by USCIS. Can you please advise where or how to raise the service request on 60 day completion? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you send to your FO or NBC. Probably FO because NBC is pretty good at least at updating the status to Response received.

Anyways there are a lot of people in the same boat as some FO's (incl Raleigh where I sent response) don't change any status until it is approved. I am not sure if you can raise an SR for that. If you sent vis Fedex / UPS and it was delivered it's probably sitting there waiting to be processed. We are probably among the few where the FO is so slow to process RFE response as mostly people are getting approvals within a week. It has only been one week for me but from track itt forums I know Raleigh FO takes 1-2 months after RFE response is received.

RFE came from FO and response was submitted to FO. So I can't raise SR for this case?

                            • Seems like there's been a lot of movement recently. Had an interview scheduled 2 weeks ago for the end of this month, which was a surprise, and finally had the EAD change to "being produced" yesterday.

                                Hi,

I am also in the same boat, waiting for my spouse and daughter cases to get approved. When I spoke to Emma, it is confirmed their cases are moved to OMAHA FO office and since then no response. Did you have any idea about your family cases moved to any FO or not? Did you speak with Emma.

                                Thanks,
                                Sivakumar P
