I will ask again, for some reason my message was not posted initially. Basically, everyone is posting here they timelines, but I don't see anything about the interview step. Is it not happening anymore? Can someone please clarify?
I just recently passed the stage where the I-485J Fee was waived (28th July) and EAD/AP cards issued (should be delivered by tomorrow, Aug 06.). EB3, Mongolia, priority dates were current and the case was delivered on 29th Oct. 2020 without medical. So I assume sometime soon I will receive RFE, just based on everyone's progress here. Any ideas?

Hi,
I am also in the same boat, waiting for my spouse and daughter cases to get approved. When I spoke to Emma, it is confirmed their cases are moved to OMAHA FO office and since then no response. Did you have any idea about your family cases moved to any FO or not? Did you speak with Emma.
Thanks,
Sivakumar P

I spoke to Emma and chatted with them too... They just seem to be thoroughly confused. They mentioned to me 3 weeks ago that my case was in FO. When i checked 2 weeks ago, they said my case was always in NBC and never went to FO. After my spouse (primary) got her i485 approved, i checked again and they said the same thing- the case is still with NBC and it is still within processing window and will take its own time as an individual case and they are not mandated to have all dependent cases adjudicated together. We can inquire ONLY after it falls out of the processing window. I am so surprised with this random approach. Some folks have their entire familes' cases adjudicated and approved on same day and some people struggle for more than 14 months to have spouse approved. There are cases on forum which describe situations where in despite congressional member intervention, there has been absolutely no empathy- just same standard response copied and pasted each time- indicating that you just have no choice but to wait. Any case inquiry or service request too is not working.

Hey guys welcome back!
I filed my application AOS together with my I-30 back in October 2020 and I just did my physical interview today. But but I’m not that much happy cause after everything went very well. I was disappointed not to know my interview results for some reason this is what my online status is saying
“”Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed
Your interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1111111111111, was completed, and your case must be reviewed. We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action.””
Did anyone go through this and what’s was the out come?
thanks

Hi, Can anyone clarify how soon does Chicago FO respond? I submitted my medical RFE more than 3 weeks ago but the case status has not been updated. Also, is Chicago FO scheduling interviews? I filed employment based in Oct 2020, how many weeks after medical RFE should I expect an interview or GC approval? Thanks!

Hello Guys!
On February my case was transferred to TEXAS SERVICE CENTER, Mesquite TX from National Benefits Center.
The notice said it was to speed up processing.
My Case is EB1C, Brasil. I-140 approved March 17th and I-485 filed October 20th 2020.
How does it interfere? I checked this Texas FO and it has one of the longest waiting times.
Thanks for any input
