Hi all. It is so good to read this thread.
My priority date got current in June 2021 and I received mine and my wife's medical rfe on August 9th. We sent rfe to uscis and now waiting. Do you know how much time it takes after submitting rfe to get i485 approval. Rfe came from NSC.

I think I have seen some of you post that you and your family member's cards didn't come at the same time or status wasn't updated at the same time. Any updates on that? How much apart in the end? My status shows card picked up by USPS but my spouse's status is still fingerprints were taken....

Now waiting my card, should arrive in two days. My spouse's status has been exactly the same with mine the whole time except his status did not change for I485 on 8/11 and was still the same status after doing bio.

If anyone of you has similar experiences it would be great to hear about it, whether you needed to follow up, how much longer did you wait for the other card to come etc.

If you have received EAD and date becomes current, how soon can we expect 485 approval and card?

Are you all seeing any pattern of quicker 485 approvals when you have EAD already and date becomes current?

same boat. Spouse (primary) received GC delivered at home a week ago. My case is still showing fingerprints applied. Emma is not helpful. From what I have read, SR or congressional intervention cannot be done until case falls outside of processing times shown on USCiS website. One new angle I heard about recently- this has happened more with cases having primary and derivative applicants having different surnames in all documents. Is this the case with you too?

I totally understand, it is really frustrating and fingers crossed. Just praying to get dependents atleast by end of this month. Every time they are giving vague answers and the cases are in standard processing times. But many got their dependents along with their primary and I felt I only had this issue, It seems now this is the new trend in approving the I485 only for primary and not the dependents.

Hi,

My PD is Jan 2013 and i downgraded from EB2 to EB3 with concurrent filing in Oct 2020. My I-485 status changed to fingerprint fee was received in Feb 2021 and no movement in any of the cases since. Last week I received biometric for my I-485 but there was no biometric appointment for my spouse. I checked with Emma and it says biometric is not yet scheduled for dependent. Anyone else on the same boat? Do I need to take any action?

Yes, my surname and my wife surname is different and my daughter and my surname is same, still she didn't receive too.
