October 2020 I1485 filers may join

I received EAD card for me and my wife, and Son's was missing. Then i put an expedited request on July 27th, and no updates till now.. When we contact Emma, USCIS officer said, they have assigned an officer for this case and there is no timeline to process it..We just need to wait...anybody faced similar issue?

Congratulations on your EAD card. We did not receive an EAD/AP combo card for our underage daughters. We are still waiting for our green card. Hope this helps!

Regardless of the order of events, you will get your card utmost within a week or two. Have fun..!

Glad news.. USCIS has received my medical RFE documents yesterday afternoon, and same day evening, 485 status changed to "New card being produced"..Thank you all for being with me for this journey

Case History
October 30, 2020 We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
April 21, 2021 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken

No update after that. Anyone with a similar situation that has received their GC EAD would like to share the timelines and progress on their case? This would help in tracking how long is the waiting time

Hi, you must have filed a new I-140 with the downgrade. Has that been approved yet? I am in the same boat. More than 9 months and that I-140 hasn't been approved. Without that none of the EAD etc would be looked at.

Are you logged to the egov or myuscis site? In our case they list:
- We ordered your card
- We approved I-485
- We mailed your new card
- The post office picked up your card
- Card was delivered

We have the same problem. Is there anyone here with different surnames for primary and dependents, who got their EAD? Can you please let us know how long the gap was between primary and dependent?

Any update on yours? We actually received EAD only one day apart but I have received my GC while my spouse hasn't. It has been 23 days since I received my GC. My spouse's 485 status is still "fingerprints were taken".
