Adjustment of Status from B-2 visa to EB 3

Friends,
I am an Vietnamese Passport holder.
I have a travel visa to US (B2)
During my stay in the US, after 90 days of entry.
I want apply EB3 and Adjustment of Status
My application has been approved by the US business

Can I do it this way? I'm worried because the visa period is 1 year, I'm in danger of deportation?

You should not enter the US on a visitor visa with intent to apply for Adjustment of Status during that stay.
