Hi,
My H1-B Visa will get expired on Sep 2010. My AOS(485) case is still pending. And I currently do not have Advance Parole/EAD (both got expired 1 year back). Once I get the H1B Petition approval, can I travel to India for getting my visa stamped and coming back using H1 Visa. Will it abandon my AoS case since I will not have valid H1 visa stamping(but just H1B approval notice) on my passport during my travel?
