RFE after I-485 interview(EB2) for working in Client(CA)location and Employer in(TX)
Hi Folks,
Need your suggestions. I had an interview for Employment based I485. I didn’t get approved on the spot as I was not able to submit enough proofs for working at a client location which is California and my employer was based out of Texas. I got an RFE this week to justify my work in California ( my client location) and I m not working at the Employer Location(Texas). My working model is Employer(Texas)-Vendor(California based)- Client(California)
Does anyone have gone through such Situation? What documents did you guys submit?
Also I forgot to mention about the vendor during the interview. Does that cause any problem?
