Rfe medicals for

Hi guys
I sent mine and my dependents Medicals in response to the RFE on October 1st to NBC Kansas ,According to USPS tracking, USCIS received the mail and even signed it.
But the online status hAsnt changed.Does any one tell me what will be the approximate days I can wait?

Usually, it takes 3-5 weeks for the status to update the status.

Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
