My PD is June 2013. I got I 140 approved with QA Analyst role. 6 months back, I moved to a programmer role with different role and responsibilities to a different team. Can I still file the I-485 , I have been hearing that I should have a new perm approved with the new role.If I can still file with old I 140 can anyone guide me where can I get a supporting document on internet so that I can discuss it with my attorney.
