Filers with no biometric notice who reaches 90 days since ASC reopens

No biometrics appointment still. It’s been over 90 days since asc reopened and my PD.
is this right number to schedule/followup a biometrics appointment? Unable to talke to a live person. I couldnt get past the auto voice prompt.

I had the same issue today. The phone number is correct. Just ask for an Infopass appointment and you'll be able to talk to a live person.

I think they cut the phone options because so many people now calling with 90 days of biometrics.

Hey everyone,

Finally, I had a call with a USCIS representative regarding 90 days biometrics appointment. It was hard to get to that person cause automatic voice didn't allow me to speak with representative so I had to request Infopass appointment.

They gave service # and told me to wait for another 30 days...seriously this is just so outrageous!

I'll keep you updated if I'll receive rescheduled notice.

And did anyone got appointments after they contacted USCIS?

Same here! This is madness. I even have my Congresswomen and also The ombudsman involved. Nothing.

Yesterday finally just got an appointment notice for biometrics scheduled for November 9th. Sooooo happy!

Tbh I don't know what triggered it. Though I saw that envelope was sent on 19th of October which was 91 days since my ASC opened. But could be that I called them last week and this week. Also, I referred to the Congressman of my State, so I can assume what helped me.

Hi guys
I submitted my documents for lifting a condition on my GC I751 in early march.
-since then i haven’t received biometric appointment.
-called is September to and the told me I have to wait 90 days.
-October 20th was my 90th day, i called and they told me the only think i can do is to submit SR for Note not received, which i did.
-today I when i checked my status it said “your name for the form I 751 was updated” Does anybody knows what that means??

btw the response for the SR i did about,not receiving a notice, said just, that things are delayed and thats it. thanks

Thanks. I was able to reach someone. I sent in a request online and that i didnt think went through. They were able to pull that up and did not create a new request anymore. Still waiting for my biometrics appointment notice though. 30 days since my request on nov 16.

-01/27/20: Same sex couple, married to USC.
-06/29/20: Package I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-485, I-693, I-765, I-864, I-864 joint sponsor and I-944 sent via certified mail USPS.
-06/30/20: Delivered by USPS and signed by Chicago lockbox T Thomas.
-07/25/20: Checks cashed.
-07/30/20: Text messages received with case confirmation numbers.
-07/31/20: Received NOA's in the mail.
-08/05/20: Received RFIE notification from USCIS for I-485, letter to follow via mail.
-08/10/20: Received RFIE in the mail asking for my partner's pay stubs for the last 6 months and letter of employment.
-09/18/20: Mailed out RFIE to Lee-Summit's office.
-09/21/20: USCIS confirms they've received RFIE.
-10/27/2020: Called USCIS regarding biometrics appointment not yet scheduled. USCIS send E-Request to Chicago FO.
-11/10/2020: Immigration officer reaches out to me via phone call to explain the reason I haven't received a biometrics appointment, appointment will come eventually.
