Urgent Need help to understand receipt notice form I-797

Hello everyone ,

married to a Us Citizen, i sent my application ( Adjustment of Status (I-485) concurrent filing ( I-130 , I-485 , I-765 ) on September 21 and USCIS received my application on September 24.
Yesterday night i received 3 text messages which are receipt notice ( Form I-797 ) and they said they will send me by mail.
can someone explain me what is Form I-797 ? and also what to expect next ??

Form I-797 is the Notice of Action. Basically, a receipt that says that they received your application and they will proceed to review it.

You will get 3 letters by mail: one for I-130, one for I-485, and one for I-765.

Wait for a biometric appointment, wait for the EAD card, wait for an interview, wait for any RFE, wait for the approval.
