  • I693 for interview

We had submitted I485 AOS application in late June 2019, along with I693 (sealed medical form signed by USCIS approved doctor less than 60 days before USCIS received the application), I864 (affidavit of support) and I765 and 131. After over a year of waiting and interview ready to be scheduled update in January 2020, we finally received our notice for interview for mid November this year. We have not received any RFEs. The I693 that we submitted should still be valid with months to go before it expires. Should we get a new copy of I693 for the interview, or should we just take our copy of the form, that the doctor had provided us?

I only received receipts for 485, 131 and 765, none for 693 and 864. Is that ok?

USCIS does not send receipts for i693 or i864 and would have sent you a pink deficiency notice if they did not have your medical. So you should be fine.

I-693 is valid for 2 years. So your I-693 from June 2019 would still be valid in Nov 2020.
