For those who didn't file the I-944 due to court injunction order on July 29th 2020, have you received a RFE, now that the injunction has been stopped?
USCIS's update says that, everyone filing after Feb 24, 2020 must provide I-944, and it's not entirely clear about those who filed their application without I-944 during the injunction period. The text of the update sounds like if the application is not already approved, then they will need I-944, which means they will be sending an RFE.
I filed without I-944, and wondering if will get one. I am already prepared with all the required documents for I-944.
