From F1 TO GREEN CARD

Hello every one.. my sister is here in USA on f-1 visa.. she is 25 yr old. I am us citizen.. can i file for her for GC ? and how much time they will take to give EAD Or Gc?

If you are from countries other than Mexico or the Philippines, it would probably take up to 10 years and that was what my case took. If you are from the two mentioned above, it will take much longer.
