Hello,
I have unique situation here.
I am on L1-A with approved petition until May 2022, My I-140 is approved with priority date Nov-2019, Now based on latest visa bulletin for OCT-2020 I am eligible for I-485 filing under EB-1.
Meanwhile I applied for H1B (Lottery selected for 2021) and my case is with USCIS under processing and waiting approval and COS.
Question - What will happen if my H1B petition gets approved and my AOS (I-485) is pending with USCIS. (Note I have filed for Advance Parole and EAD along with AOS)
1. Will this makes me join new employer or can i continue maintaining non-immigrant status on L1-A with current employer
2. Will my AOS application will become void if I change the employer
3. Does my non-immigrant status will not matter as I will be submitting my EAD (I-9) with employer and wont work with non-immigrant petition.
