AOS Receipt Notice Not Received yet

I have sent my AOS application to NSC on June 25th and USCIS received it on June 28th(checked it on the FEDEX Website). I haven't got any email confirmation or Receipt Notice yet.
Is it a normal time or do i need to call them for the status?
Please share your exp?

I sent mine on the 29th, June to the Chicago lockbox and they received it on 1st, July.
Received their email confirmation on 9th, July.
The check I sent was cashed on 10th, July.
Received Action of Notice 12th, July.

You might call the customer service(8003755283) to check the status. Last time I called, I was told it could take up to 10 days for them to process after receiving your package.

How can i call the number without any reference? Since I haven't got any confirmation from the USCIS.

Just call, first press "2"(if I am right), then tell them you dont have a receipt number, then a representative will be able to assist you.
