Case Status Unavailable

Has anybody encountered such on the USCIS portal when checking on your Case Status? First time I have seen it after checking my status every day for the past 73days after filing.

USC (Daughter) filed AOS for Parent (Me) on B2 (Concurrent filing with Lawyer)

Forms I-130/485/765/131/864/944/693

Timeline:

8/10/20 - Sent FEDEX to Chicago
8/11/20 - Received by J.Harper
8/25/20 - fingerprint fee accepted for I-485
8/27/20 - notification from bank checks cashed
9/03/20 - text notification received
9/08/20 - I-797C forms received in the mail

My case does not show any progress on the USCIS page, I already went to the appointment for biometrics and the page only shows the date of when they received my documents in February.

Yes, looks like several folks are noticing a problem/I see out of date status info too.

Having the same issue since yesterday . Looks like uscis have some glitches in the system
