Can Biometric appointment fulfilled at different location mention other then in the notice with in the same state but other county?

In my experience even doing the biometrics at a date earlier than what was mentioned on the notice was refused when we went to the ASC. They said they used to accommodate such requests but not doing that anymore, and recommended to reschedule if the date listed on the notice doesn’t work.
Unless drop in is convenient for you and you want to try it out (worst case they refuse you) - I’d recommend either sticking to the original time and location (preferred) or ask to reschedule.Last edited by verbose; 10-28-2020, 10:09 PM.USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.
