My fiance is waiting on his N400 to be completed and we are waiting until he is a USC before we get married as I am in a next country but travel on my visitors visa to see him. Questions
1.Do we have to wait a time period after he is a USC before getting married? (As not to seem to eager)
    2. Is it best to get married in USA as oppose to my country then come to the US to file AoS? (Less time apart)
    3. Will I have to go back to my country after we get married if we get married in the US?

Thanks for the help in advance.

I think its best if you wait for your fiance to complete his N400. When filing Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization) on the basis of 3 years of permanent residence while married to a U.S. citizen, it’s necessary to submit evidence of living in marital union.

Does the process need a lawyer or it can easily be done?
