Woke to find message and emails stating that “we have taken an action on your case “ . Checked in both portals and nothing changed nor update !!! Is it just system error issues?

Yes, system glitch. Several folks have noticed the same problem.USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.
