Do I need to file two separate I-485 corresponding to I-130 and I-140

Hello,
My Employer has filed AOS (I-485) for me recently based off my previously approved I-140.
If my wife files I-130 for me, Do i need to file another I-485 or can I use the I-485 filed by my employer?

From what I read yes, you need a new I-485 for each petition (I-130 and I-140).

You only need to start a new process if you think your current one will take a very long time and the new one will get the GC sooner.
