EB-3 Applicant waiting on Interview
Hello everyone,
These forums are very informative.
I am waiting for an AOS interview for EB-3.
My information is the following:
I-485 application received on June 25th, 2018.
I-140 approved mid- July, 2018.
I-485 transferred to a local Office, August 25, 2018.
Received 1st work permit on Sep 15, 2018.
Received 2nd work permit on July 11,2019
Received 3rd work permit on August 15, 2020.
Please I need some advise. As many applicants, I am Very worried and I don’t know what to do. I have called USCIS many times but no luck. They always tell me that USCIS’ officers are too busy. I have also submitted two inquires for “Outside of the Processing Time” since, according to the USCIS website, they are processing cases For Applications submitted before March-2019. I have received only one response, which was the same the they were busy. On top of that, my son keeps asking me almost every day if we are going to be okay or not.
Please if anyone could provide some advice, I would appreciate it.
