Good Morning,
This is regarding the subject, We received letter from USCIS day before yesterday, right after two weeks of interview conducted.
USCIS asking for two supporting evidence;
1 - Medical
(we will do it again, no problem)
2 - Police clearance certificate, last 5 years lived (within US and outside US),
regarding that, would someone please guide us from where we should get it, either TX - State Police Record is enough or also FBI clearance required or both and also sometime within last five years she visit couple of other countries (other than home country) on visit visa and stay is less than six months, so she also need to provide police certificate from that countries?
