Hi,i have a doubt about my case and I would like to know if someone knows the answer
When I first applied for the i-130 I was living in the US, in the meantime before it was approved I moved to Canada and I have been living here, I sent my i-485 documents to the US from Canada, my biometrics appointment was schedule in Chicago. I have dual citizenship so I can enter the US using my italian passport through the ESTA visa waiver, is there a problem if I enter the US using an ESTA for both the biometrics and the green card interview, or should I have moved the process to an embassy/consulate because I am no longer within the US? thank you
