Hi all! New to this forum, I was denied I 485 due to failure to appear for the GC interview. I never received any letter from USCIS about the interview and to my surprise it was sent to the old address. AR -11 was used to update the new address before the interview letter was sent to old address and it was updated. I went to the old address and found out no such mails were received by the people who lived there. Is there a chance to reschedule the interview? I have hired an immigration attorney to file I290b to reopen the case and reconsider. Pls advise.
