I-485 filed, need to travel to India

Hello-
my I-485 was filed in October along with I-756 and I-131. My H1 visa already expired but my I-797 is valid till Sep 2021. I have planned to travel to India in may 2021. The question is, let's say i get my I-756 and I-131 before May 2021, do i have to go to USA consulate in India to get re-stamped for H1 visa to re-enter to USA or i don't as i have I-131.

You can re-enter on Advance Parole. You do not need to get an H1b visa.
