RFIE after 3 months

Hi All,

Employment based application here. My lawyer submitted my documents on August 14. It was a concurrent filing of 140 and 485. Since then my I-140 is approved but my wife and mine EAD is approved. I just received RFIE for the I485. IT is basically asking documents to verify my status since I last entered US. I get confused and scared. I already submitted those. Are they asking because they lost it or they had problems with it. PArt of me is saying if they were problems they wouldnt have approved our I-140,I-131,I-765. Any comments?

I also got an RIFE asking for the same (as well as asking for my medical which I didn't originally submit). I've also had my I-140 approved and got EAD some months ago.

My lawyer says those documents are usually the last step before final decision. I wouldn't worry about it - they may have just misplaced that info. I am pretty sure that I also submitted all of that (I-94) etc when I originally filed as well.


Just send them whatever they have asked for.
