  • Attachments on AOS Form Application (I-485, I-130, I-131 etc)

My husband is a US Citizen and I am in the process of completing my the requirements for AOS application (I-485, I-130, I-130a etc) from a B2 visa to Greencard. Some requirements are repetitive on some of these forms, example is the copy of the marriage certificate, copy of passport, copy of my husbands naturalization certificate, etc. Should I just have to submit 1 copy of these or do I have to attached a copy on every form (I-485, I-130, I-131,etc) that I will submit?
    Timeline:
Marriage to American Citizen (San Francisco)
12/18/20: My package was received at Chicago lockbox
01/10/21: I received four NOA receipts on January 5, 2021
    07/09/21: Biometrics done
07/15/2021: Online update on I-485: Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview
8/26/2021: We ordered your new card (I-765)
8/27/2021: Online update on I-765 and I-131: case was approved
9/3/2021: Card Was Delivered / Combo Card on hand
10/28/2021: Update on USCIS website: "Interview was scheduled"

I only included 1 copy of everything (marriage certificate, copy of ID's, copy of lease, copy of passport, ect)

TRY TO INCLUDE AS MUCH PROOF OF A BONA-FIDE AS YOU CAN! You will not regret doing that.

    Good luck!
