Hi guys,
I applied for my I-485, I-130 on Sept 16th, 2019. They then need some more copy and prints taken and I did that in November. Fortunately they granted me a EAD so I am permitted to work in the US. The interview (supposed to be April 15th) was canceled by Covid and I have been waiting for them to reschedule my interview. However, the permit is expiring next year April, so I don't know if I need to file for an extension or not and how do I do it?
Anyone got any update from USCIS yet regarding new interview in California?
